The employment contract is direct with the employer or owner of the shut down project. No middle man here. The contract benefits are with the employer.
LDC CONTRACT THROUGH A LABOR BROKER
The employment contract is with the labor broker, the middle man. Issues and concerns are raised with the labor broker. Dealing with a labor broker who is pro active and experienced created good working environments.
